After PLAY disbanded in late 2005 Anna at 16 moved to New York City to pursue a modeling career for New York based modeling agency Model Management Group. Between 2005 and 2006 Anna preformed around New York with pop star Chris Trousdale formally of the successful boy band DreamStreet. They duo recorded a duet called "If Only" in 2006. Anna also debut two solo songs "Press Rewind" and "Say It Again". In 2008 Anna moved temporarly to Los Angeles, California to pursue her acting career which was imspired by her relationship with Greta Garbo. Between 2008 and 2009 Anna filmed two indie movies "Gone Astray" which is a horror/thriller where she plays a troubled teenager. The move co-stars Chris Trousdale, Kaila Amariah and Claudia Swan's husband Louie and "Split Second" which is a drama/thriller where Anna plays a police officer. The movie co-stars Kaila Amariah and Catherine Hicks (formally of the popular TV show 7th Heaven). In late 2009 Anna returned to New York where she signed with newly founded DampCellar Records and released her debut solo single "Brand New Me" in late 2010. Anna also began writing a non-fiction book about her time in PLAY as well as being bullied. In 2012 Anna began being represented by Ryan Colby of Colby Management.
In 2012 Anna moved back to her native Sweden where she took a 5 year break from her modeling, music and book due to health related issues. In 2018 Anna signed with a literary agent Ophelia and began modeling in NYC again. In 2019 Anna announced she had singed with a Sweden based publisher for her book Lava Publishing and her biography will be released in early 2020. Anna has also began writing and recording new music which is also schedualed to be released in 2020.
